Here at Red Feather, we offer full service boarding with a luxury level of care and concern, a welcoming getaway and gateway to adventure and relaxation, the opportunity to be close to nature alongside our equine companions, and the comforting knowledge that your horse will receive the best in everything.
Boarding can include:
Individual or small herd paddocks with all-season run-ins
Select private stalls with mats, outdoor runs, and possible daily turnout
Customized herd requests
Frost-free, automatic Nelson or Ritchie waterers in all stalls, paddocks, and pastures
Top quality hay provided and/or pasture grazing dependent on season and horse’s needs
Owner-provided grain and supplements fed by arrangement
Daily visual body checks of all horses
Blanketing, fly spray, and sheeting services
Special services arranged and provided upon request (ex. medications administered, stretching, workouts, equine chiropractic, massage, acupuncture)
Farrier and vet service coordination upon request
Facilities available for boarder use:
Covered, lighted arena with premier felt and sand footing
Jumps and equipment available for use
Heated lounge with viewing area, kitchen, and bathroom adjacent to arena
AV system for training or event use
Sound system that can be projected to either the indoor or outdoor areas
Two-ring track for exercising and transitional work
Round pen
Outdoor dressage arena
Easy nearby access to National Forest trails
Small onsite training trail
Secure areas for tack storage, even for pasture boarders
